Hand Painted Trillium Silk Scarf in Red, Black and white
AVAILABILITY: Out of Stock
This scarf was painted using batik technique. I achieved the first layer by using the shibori technique with white and gray dye, then I used a layer of wax to outline the trillium shape. A final layer of red on top and some scattered mini trilliums sealed the deal for this scarf.

Wanna keep your scarf looking new?
Don't you just love when you get new things! The clean, the softness and most importantly the glow are all things I look forward to when I make a new purchase. Here are all the secrets to keeping your new scarf in that condition.
Handwash in cold water with a mild soap (please do not soak the scarf).
Pat dry with a fluffy bath towel, and hang straight to dry.
Iron on a low heat setting while scarf is damp, under a cotton cloth.
If ironing scarf with metallic gutta, flip the scarf over so that the gutta does not face up under the cloth, then iron.
